The initial cost is a $10 reservation fee (plus a $1 credit card processing charge). Once the Secretary of State has received 1,500 reservations, production will begin, and every year after that, your annual license plate renewal fee will include an additional $25 charge, $23 of which will be donated directly to the Alzheimer’s Association, Greater Illinois Chapter, to fund care, support and awareness programs.
