A Paddle to Remember… Crete 2016
71 year old Bob Danon is setting out for “A Paddle to Remember,” a 300-350 mile solo kayak trek around the coast of Crete, the largest of the southern Greek islands. The Evanston businessman is paddling to raise funds and awareness for the Alzheimer’s Association, and for the 220,000 Illinois residents currently living with the disease.
