The Alzheimer’s Association® Community Resource Finder, powered by CareLike, was created to ensure that caregivers and all those who participate in care-related decisions can easily find the resources they need to face the disease.
Community Resource Finder is a comprehensive database of Alzheimer’s resources in one location, allowing users to efficiently find and access support. And it’s just one of the many tools the Association offers.
