Twenty-nine-year-old woman navigates aunt’s Alzheimer’s disease experience
Tiffany Stanley became an Alzheimer’s disease caregiver the week of her 29th birthday, making her one of the more than 15 million unpaid dementia caregivers in the United States. She says she didn’t know what she was doing but quickly had to learn in order to take care of her Aunt Jackie, who was in the late stages of Alzheimer’s.
