Join us in our commitment to end Alzheimer’s disease – Alzheimer’s Association
Earlier this month, nearly 900 dedicated Alzheimer’s advocates gathered in Washington, D.C. for the 2014 Alzheimer’s Association Advocacy Forum. After three incredible days of working together to make Alzheimer’s a national priority on Capitol Hill, they headed home to continue the fight in their own districts. Although the Forum is over, there is still so much to do — and you can help!
