Monty Python’s Terry Jones diagnosed with dementia
Terry Jones, a founding member of the legendary Monty Python comedy troupe, has been diagnosed with primary progressive aphasia, a form of frontotemporal dementia that impairs one’s ability to speak. Jones directed or co-directed three of the British ensemble’s films: “Monty Python and the Holy Grail,” “Monty Python’s Life of Brian” and “Monty Python’s The Meaning of Life.”
