About 200,000 Americans have younger-onset Alzheimer’s disease

Legendary basketball coach Pat Summitt died with younger-onset Alzheimer’s disease last week at age 64. Many people with younger-onset are in their 40s and 50s; they have families or careers and are sometimes caregivers themselves when they develop Alzheimer’s.
