Participate in 2016 Alzheimer’s Association Illinois Survey
Last year, a record number of Illinois residents participated in the Alzheimer’s Association Annual Illinois Survey. The survey results were used to successfully pass legislation in Springfield to take Illinois a step closer to becoming dementia-capable. This year is different as Alzheimer’s care and support services teeter on collapsing.
Last year, a record number of Illinois residents participated in the Alzheimer’s Association Annual Illinois Survey. The survey results were used to successfully pass legislation in Springfield to take Illinois a step closer to becoming dementia-capable. This year is different as Alzheimer’s care and support services teeter on collapsing.
Illinois is in a financial crisis and services for those affected by Alzheimer’s have been cut and even eliminated. We must do all we can to protect these services.
